JP and office staff are extremely helpful and prompt. JP is awesome with training and giving advice. This is our second German Shepherd who is well trained in her yard. We cannot thank JP enough for his expertise in keeping our German Shepherd safe. Please support our local businesses.

I purchased my invisible fence in 2020 and I had no complaints about the installation. I experienced an issue shortly after and customer service was not helpful and on site assistance was booked out several months. Fortunately the issue resolved itself. Most recently I needed to have some transmitters adjusted and the Chesterland office hours on the website were incorrect and we ended up driving 2 hours for nothing. It was rather disappointing after learning that they only had one day of office hours per week available.I had contacted the Youngstown office who was outside of my service area and talked to their actual staff (not outsourced call center) who helped me that same day. I am happy to have my issues resolved quickly and know that if there are further problems in the future that we will be taken care of.

I purchased an invisible fence and 2 electronic doggy doors for my dogs. Patty and Jake are AWESOME to work with. Very accommodating and will work with you and your dogs to ensure that they are comfortable using the new equipment. I have worked with this company since 2014 and I'd never go anywhere else!
