the staff r nice unlike other locations to ur face anyway. That lady who does the open of accounts etc in office is nicest 1 of too the staff at the chase bank across Nextdoor were always nice to me too unlike other branches. both banks moved out the old buildings across on federal & into these small space downtown Youngstown

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They let anyone and there brother take money from your account and when I disagreed with a transaction they told me it's their prerogative to pay auto pay transactions even if the company put it in 4 times leaving me with no money for food or gas. I tried withdrawing my whole paycheck at their ATM and didn't get any cash. It took 3 weeks to finally get my money.
