Unprofessional misinformed staff. The staff would rather bully customers into submission than provide real customer support. Worst location. Although it is closest to my home I will be driving 20 minutes more to the other huntington to have a pleasant experience. Do your jobs with a smile people.

I've been a Huntington client for many years. Today was the second time I've gone to this branch of Huntington. I've always had great service from the other branches, but the tellers here are extra friendly and efficient and seemed genuinely concerned about me! I'm very impressed with this branch.

By far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Tellers want to do nothing but argue with you like it’s there money. The 1banker did nothing but lie to me just to get you out of her hair. Tried to talk to her about my issue an I needed help. Her and the teller sat there and was chatting on the computer back and forth an kept looking at me. Like you could just tell they was talking about me. Banker tells me it’s ok just over draft your account, you have 24hrs to get money in there. over draft my account??? I had over 1000 dollars in my account that they will not release!!! Be smart take your money and run the other way. Bcuz they will screw you sooner or later.
