The Tellers are helpful, friendly and personal! Most of them are open to learn new processes and how to do difficult accounts and remain professional! I have only had two negative experiences since being a customer!

I drive to this Huntington routinely after work to make cash/check deposits and withdrawals. Unfortunately, a majority of the time the drive thru ATM is either temporarily out of service or not accepting deposits during the times that they should be according to their hours. I find myself more often than not leaving this Huntington disappointed, having to drive well out of my way to the branch on Boardman-Canfield Rd to handle my business.

I like this bank. I been with them for years. I didn't like them much went I first started with them but I like them now. I mostly like that they have many locations in 5 states.

This bank has shortened me 20$ and now I go through to withdraw a certain amount, sign for that amount and they give me an EXTRA 279$ I don’t get how they got that number and I’m sure I will pay for their mistake. It happened on a Saturday so I have to wait until Monday to sort this out.

Friendly service but check holds are frustratingly inconsistent. Sometimes I have my money by the end of the day that I cash it, sometimes I don't get it until 3 days later.

Well I guess if you like spending your whole lunch hour in the Drive-Thru because they can only hire one teller to work all three lanes well then enjoy.
