This is a shoutout specifically for our grandmother’s aide, Maria Rivera. She has gone over and above to help our grandma during her stay at Heritage. She does anything she can to make our grandma comfortable. She even took special care to get our grandma ready for her first day trip away from Heritage. She had grandma ready from head to toe to spend the day out with family. We appreciate everything she has done and continues to do!

Maria Rivera went above and beyond as a caregiver for my Grandma for the past several weeks. She got her ready, painted her nails, and made her look beautiful to leave the Manor for the first time to celebrate our Family Reunion. She is one of a kind!

Heritage Manor has been a great home for my cousin ; I'm so glad they have a Spanish speaking aide I believe her name is Maria while visiting my cousin I seen the attention she gave not only to him but the other residents also . Thank you to all the staff for everything you do,

Being a nurses aide I have had the opportunity to work at different facilities. I find the skilled nursing facility at Heritage Manor to be a very clean, well run with very friendly staff who are attentive to the residents. From the kitchen staff to maintenance and therapy . Our Administrator is amazing and goes above and beyond for every person there from employees to residents and their family’s . I would encourage anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility , long term care for a loved one to pay our facility a visit , To me it’s not just a job when you do something you love ….

My mom was in the beautiful Heritage Manor Rehab Unit and received excellent care by EVERYONE! It was so refreshing and comforting to see so many dedicated employees in EVERY department. We also appreciated that all the rehab rooms were private, huge, well-appointed and spotless. The staff frequently commented how much they love working at Heritage Manor and it definitely showed in their wonderful care. This place is a gem! Thank you for all of your incredible help and for making my mom's stay a great experience.

This place is not as good as they say, they did not take good care of my grand farther. They did not even clean his eyes or ears constantly seeing this and complaining they should be ashamed. He’s no longer living but I was very disappointed with his treatment and would discourage others from trusting their loved ones with this facility.

My Dad was here for a year and a half. We had moved him from two other places due to poor care. They catered to his food choices, transitioned him to hospice when it was time and were truly amazing. From the Director on down they truly care. You won't find a more loving and attentive staff to care for your family.

My Parents are in Heritage Manor. They are receiving the most amazing care. My Mother is enjoying all the activities. It includes exercise classes, music, lunches out.Sally and David love the food there. The staff is wonderful, attentive to all their needs and give them hugs and loving care.Both of my parents were physically and mentally unable to care for themselves. They came into Heritage Manor underweight and in bad health. They are now thriving at 99 and 101 years old.
