Maria Rivera went above and beyond as a caregiver for my Grandma for the past several weeks. She got her ready, painted her nails, and made her look beautiful to leave the Manor for the first time to celebrate our Family Reunion. She is one of a kind!

Heritage Manor is rated as a five star nursing facility by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We are the only Veterans Administration approved provider of long term care in Mahoning County. Our staff to resident ratio is below state averages, and we are an area leader in nurse staffing hours. Heritage Manor is an agency of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation.
