Stopped in to try the coffee. Lots of cigars to pick from, not my thing but would be great I imagine if its yours. Beer and wine selection also looked decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was pretty decent. Would stop back.

3 out of the 5 last times I go in to buy a box of cigars that don't have them Connecticut double. Over a $200 dollar box. And I get treated like I'm an inconvenience that they have to go open the glass case and get the box of cigars, that they never seem to have. Then the eye rolls when I ask if the niles store has them... just because I don't buy a cup of coffee and keep you company all day. Like some do. so congratulations Havana house i am no longer your customer. I will not spend my hard earned money at a shop that has such poor customer service. I do hope that your employees, well not all of them just two, Get more customer oriented.

Staff greeted you upon entering. Was extremely helpful & knowledgeable of cigars. Nice & clean environment.

The most seductively roasted coffee in Ohio. Bringing you everything from the bold flavors of a librarian asking you if you know the penalty for an overdue book, to the subtle nuances of your mom's single friend asking you to help her move furniture. I highly recommend the roof top pool on those hot summer nights.

Fairly extensive selection of cigars and cigar accessories at decent prices. They carry most major brands, as well as newer boutique brands. The atmosphere in the smoking lounge is decent. Good selection of craft beer and wines (although you can't drink on the premises). Haven't tried the coffee yet, but look forward to doing so. It appears to be an espresso bar with everything from lattes to cuban coffee and standard brewed joe. Only negative is that they allow cigarette smoking.

All the staff just stared at me as I walked in like I didn’t belong there. No one offered a greeting or even offer to help me find what I was looking for. As I was checking out the cashier was making weird noises towards another customer standing behind me which caused significant anxiety because I can not handle loud noise sudden loud noises behind me. Going through the stock I see a box of 44 of quorme shades as 45 bucks I ask for a full box and onlyGot twenty for forty five box’s. I’m not sure what happened there. Maybe because I’mNew to the cigar game Andy I didn’t understand the terminology.
