Apparently they're all unhappy that Trump didn't die in the shooting. Don't go to this place

Solid place but their employees (of the purple hair variety) seem to enjoy relishing on Presidents attempted assassination. Not cool. Not cool at all.

I really wanted to give Youngstown Harley Davidson the benefit of the doubt, but sadly after my last experience I will never step foot back in there. I purchased my first bike from them back in 2020 and when I took my bike in for storage they looked over my bike and told me what was needed. Some of the repairs were covered under my warranty and some were not (rear brakes). I paid for the services, picked my bike back up for the next riding season. I returned in the fall for storage. After looking over my bike I was informed I needed rear brakes and I asked them how that was possible because I didn’t put that many miles on the bike. They looked into it and realized although I paid for the work they forgot to do it. They told me they would “eat the cost” to do it. Well DUH I paid for them in the beginning so they should eat the cost. Following season, same thing happened and was told I needed rear brakes. Once again I asked how this happened. They could not give me a definitive answer except that they must have done something wrong. I had to have something else done that was covered under my warranty. They also replaced my rear bearings. Not to mention after each year of storage they shoved my cover into my saddle bags tearing the cover. Last season I decided to take my bike into HOF for storage because it was closer to where I live plus Youngstown HD left a bad taste in my mouth. HOF looked over my bike and told me I needed rear bearings (mind you Youngstown just replaced them) plus they told me I needed a new wheel due to the bearings being “blown out”. I called Youngstown to find out why I was being told I needed new rear bearings since they were already replaced. I received a call back from Larry about a week later and was informed that he spoke to the Service Manager at HOF and he told Larry that his service department was just “doing their job” trying to find things to get jobs during the off season to make money. He went on to inform me that my bike was FINE and that if they did something wrong they would “eat the cost” and was told to ride and enjoy myself. Once out of storage I rode my bike for a few months. I had all 5 bolts snap on my drive sprocket. I asked several HD dealers and other seasoned riders what would cause this. They all said the same thing… It was from over torquing. Or using an impact on them. Seeing all the issues I had with the Youngstown service department and that they were the ONLY people to work on my rear wheel. I put a call in to speak to someone higher up to find out why I was told my bike was safe to ride then to have this happen but they won’t return my call. Mind you they did a major overhaul on their service department since working on my bike which leads me to believe I’m not the only one who has issues.

I received the best trade in on my 2007 Ultra Classic. Youngstown Harley was great to work with, and my salesman Bryan did a great job.

Youngstown HD has always been my go to for HD motorcycles. I've bought 2 or 3 bikes from the dealership, and 2 from Dale my go to salesman, if you're in the market ask for him. A1 service.

My wife and I bought our bikes here, they are family when you walk through the door. The riding academy is top notch, Dale never forgets a face, Lori made sure my new bike was a great fit for me. Frank worked some magical numbers. What a wonderful buying experience.

my daughter and I met Bryan Orr last week when we were in town visiting from out of state. Bryan was nice enough to spend some time with my daughter, who will eventually be looking for her own motorcycle. We aren’t quite ready yet, but he provided her with good, solid information. Bryan Is personable, knowledgeable, and we both thought he did a good job.
I would also like to send a shout out tothe service team who repaired a flat tire I had gotten on the way down. I will say that the tire was massively expensive, but when you are stuck and out of state, there is not much else you can do. The service team did a good job and were able to get me back on the road
I do have one negative comment, though. On the plus side, it is one that should be easily fixed. You need to have a drop box outside for when bikes are left on the dealership is closed! I had to drop my bike off on a Friday evening while the dealership was closed in the pouring rain and there was no dropbox I had to beg a ride from someone the next morning to make a second trip to take the keys/key fob. It would’ve been nice to be able to drop it off and then make a phone call in the morning. I have never been to another dealership where there was not a dropbox and I would think that that’s something that could be easily resolved.

Bought a bike was having an issue with check engine light coming on! With in the first month of owning it! They told me that the aftermarket radio would cause that and nothing they can do about it! Harley installed the radio! Then they tried to charge me for them looking at it! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bike shop! If you plan on doing business with them! Don’t be surprised if they try to put it to you as well! No pride in what they are sending out the door!

Great dealership with a great sales team. I dealt with Brian and he was excellent. Super easy to deal with and did everything he could to make things work. Would definitely check them out if you’re in the market for a new bike. I would not hesitate to go back. Thanks

My favorite dealership. Their service department is top notch. Ron is an asset. We have purchased two bikes from here and will buy our next one from them as well.
