Worst companies to donate to! They throw out more of your donations then they actually put on shelves! So many times we have been over by their stores and employees are taking cart fulls of items to trash! Please donate to smaller organizations who actually are trying to assist our communities.

Poor customer service at drop off area. Snarky woman stated the donation center is closed at 4pm for donations for the day and is "full". When asked about dropping off my furniture items the next day, this winner stated, " I don't know, I don't work tomorrow ." Perhaps she shouldn't work at a non profit organization at all ! Especially an organization which arguably relies donations. I'm taking goodwill out of MY will!

What a horror! Nothing but junk. Its the same stuff over and over.Look at this fine piece, a rusty / nasty fly screen for $4.00.They have a massive load in the back that is bigger than the store but continue to put out junk. They google everything and prices are full retail on most everything. The good stuff us sold online. How is that helping the local economy?Ask the CEO I suppose, he's making over $2 million a year I read. One forum post calls it GREEDWILL.

Where are the doors for the handicap to be able to enter the store? Shame on this Goodwill who employs people with disabilities but doesn't have a door that you can enter if you're in a wheelchair either pushing it or by yourself it's ironic

COME ON PEOPLE, you should be ashamed for how much money you charge for used items. I used to go to thrift stores ALL THE TIME. I can't even afford them anymore and I think that's so wrong. They need to go back to the prices they used to have after all no one can hardly afford to eat let alone buy something used to wear.

Heard someone bragging about how they work at this location and get to take/steal all the best stuff and resell it for themselves for profit. Not sure if it was management, employee, or volunteers. Looks like you are not donating to Goodwill... you are donating to someone who works there and Goodwill doesn't get a dime of "the best stuff". Might want to think about donating to an organization that is not so corrupt.

Always find good things at this location, just hate how anything ‘good’ or name brand they get in, is all behind the counter on racks that you can’t go through it to see it all. Decent furniture selection most of the time.

This Goodwill location often has great clothing, books, furniture, and kitchen stuff. It's fairly clean, the staff are friendly, and the place is organized well. I find clothing sizes are pretty mixed up, though, on the racks. They have some cool lamps and lots of frames that can be repurposed. The parking area is large and well lit. It's definitely worth a trip to see what new stuff they have every once in a while. I love to buy unusual clothes, wear them for a few months, and then donate them back to the store as long as they are still in great condition. For me, this Goodwill is my rent-a-style go to.

AGAIN and AGAIN POOR Customer service from the Management Staff at the Austintown Ohio Location. Maybe these ladies need to go to training on your Mission Statement: We improve the lives of people with disabilities or other disadvantages through employment, training, and job placement opportunities. And your VALUES: 1. RESPECT 2. Stewardship 3. ETHICS 4. Learning 5. Innovation I myself have been in bigger retail management positions for over 35 years. And Unfortunately these ladies are some of the worst I have come across.
