This location is terrible! Notice an odor of dirty clothes as soon as you walk into the door.
The cashier was a mean old lady who looked angry because she was called to front to wait on me. I guess she didn't like that and decided to ask me if I wanted the senior discount to make me angry! I am 39 years old and she tried to insult me.
Advise to Goodwill industries: clean that store up it smells and tell your employees to knock off the attitude! Waiting on customers is their job and there is no need to try to insult them.

Why is everything so over priced? You get it for FREE. Also the no bathroom thing sucks!

Love this location. Nice and friendly workers. You always find something that you probably don't need but get anyway.

Not happy with the no restrooms and no dressing room policies of the Youngstown Goodwill Region as a whole (All other regions in Ohio and PA have both open).
This location is always clean and well organized. Staff is nice.

Underrated. Decently clean store. Low prices small labels that don’t cover barcodes.

Worst companies to donate to! They throw out more of your donations then they actually put on shelves! So many times we have been over by their stores and employees are taking cart fulls of items to trash! Please donate to smaller organizations who actually are trying to assist our communities.

Poor customer service at drop off area. Snarky woman stated the donation center is closed at 4pm for donations for the day and is "full". When asked about dropping off my furniture items the next day, this winner stated, " I don't know, I don't work tomorrow ." Perhaps she shouldn't work at a non profit organization at all ! Especially an organization which arguably relies donations. I'm taking goodwill out of MY will!

What a horror! Nothing but junk. Its the same stuff over and over.
Look at this fine piece, a rusty / nasty fly screen for $4.00.
They have a massive load in the back that is bigger than the store but continue to put out junk.
They google everything and prices are full retail on most everything. The good stuff us sold online. How is that helping the local economy?
Ask the CEO I suppose, he's making over $2 million a year I read. One forum post calls it GREEDWILL.

Where are the doors for the handicap to be able to enter the store? Shame on this Goodwill who employs people with disabilities but doesn't have a door that you can enter if you're in a wheelchair either pushing it or by yourself it's ironic

COME ON PEOPLE, you should be ashamed for how much money you charge for used items. I used to go to thrift stores ALL THE TIME. I can't even afford them anymore and I think that's so wrong. They need to go back to the prices they used to have after all no one can hardly afford to eat let alone buy something used to wear.
