They sold me a chain and said it was 18k with an 18k gold pendant. A week later I realized they both have their k imprinted on the back of them. The chain was 14k and the pendant was 10k. I was conned.

WOULDN’T EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. Place is an absolute joke. Called 20 mins before close and asked if it was still okay to come (I live 10 minutes away) and they said absolutely, as long as your here before 5:30. So I rushed there and arrived by 5:24 but the doors were locked and they wouldn’t let me in. I made phone signal with my hand then they finally let me in and and before he even touched my chain he said it was plated. Little the did the ~not so smart man~ know, not only am I who purchased the chain from a legitimate jewelry shop so I know it’s solid, I actually studied metals and used to work at a jeweler. The chain is real, no ifs ands or buts. He wouldn’t even test it so I could prove it. I made one rebuttal and he thought it was okay to talk to me aggressively, so I then asked for my item back and left. No professionalism at all. Obviously this dude is a scam and out to get people. BE AWARE!!!
