They were great and he did my nails in less than 30 mins but he was a bit aggressive

I just…. The nails I left with are bad. The flowers are sloppy. The guy was irritated while doing the design. He knew they weren’t good and still kept them. I got them done yesterday and literally sat on my couch the rest of the day and didn’t use my hand for anything and they’re already chipping. There’s left over purple from the polish before… I will never come back to this place.

I went in on 3/9 to get a new full nail set with my mother. The service was fast, and you can see that by the quality of my nails. The cuticles were not done and some of the nails were not filled all the way. It looks like I have a week of new growth when it's only been a few days.

Vincent is amazing! Gel Nails is the only salon I will go to for my mani and pedi needs, and Vincent is always my requested tech. Talented, enjoyable to talk to, and does quality work in a timely fashion.

I went there on Tuesday and asked for a very simple painted nail (will attach photos).. they told me it would be 55 dollars bc of the amout of hearts.. I showed him another VERY simple gel polish paint job.. (I don’t have fake nails) regardless I left with plain NO DESIGN nails and they charged me the same lol. I ended up having to go elsewhere and pay MORE money to get design. So have a look at what cost me 80 plus dollars because a place won’t just say WE CANT DO THAT SORRY. The photos are on yelp. Also, the paint has peeled off my thumb. 2 days it lasted. AND.. I forgot to mention I had dip powder. Rather than soak it off he just kept grinding it until it was “off” and away went my long beautiful healthy nails I have worked so hard to repair over the years. I’ll never go here again and you’d be doing yourself a favor not to either

I wasted 4 hours of my only day off bc this place told me they could do a design for 55 dollars. I showed a simpler set and I left paying the same amount of money as if I had designs on every nail. what I asked for what I got and what I had to pay MORE for will be attached. I get polish only. not to mention it is 2 DAYS after and my nail polish is already coming off, GEL?!?

I adore everyone at Gel Nails and always look forward to coming in to get a fresh set! My nails are always so sturdy and look amazing when they are done. Vincent is the best; I will continue to be a repeat customer due to his beautiful work and friendly demeanor. The work done at this location continues to speak for itself.
