Went to get fix my PSN store credit card, contacted Sony they said it was not activated on storefront. They fixed problem no problem once I showed them it hast been issued. :)

worker named Daniel had a negative encounter with another customer and then asked the person helping us if he thought Daniel did anything wrong and proceeded to say that someone named Brian (maybe a higher up?) doesn’t care when customers complain to him about the workers. We told him that was something you might not want to say in front of customers and he just kept making it worse and putting his foot in his mouth. Damien was amazing though!

It was awesome.. I didn't think I could find a ps5 before Christmas since it's only two weeks away n they had one. Really friendly and helpful staff members.. the guy tried to sell me other stuff I wasn't interested in but he wasn't pushy about it.. really great experience.. now thanks to GameStop in Youngstown I'll be able to make my son's Christmas a very special one for the first time in 17 years ?.. thank you game stop
