“When my brother passed suddenly in Youngstown I was prompted to find a funeral home to assist me in bringing him to peace. Not being from Ohio I called several places and by far Mike at Augustine was the most compassionate and thorough individual I spoke to. From the first phone conversation to our face to face meeting I knew I was in great hands. He absolutely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and assisted in ways that were above the call of his duty. This was so reassuring and comforting through a very sad and difficult time.
