Been at this storage place since 2018 and never had to deal with a gate with access hours until last year when SROA put hourly restrictions on when you can enter.
Most ridiculous thing there is about this place.
I am no longer able to go get my boat or kayaks from there at 4am to be up on Lake Erie at the first crack of daylight. It's daylight at 530am.
Or I always have to leave the lake 2 hours early just to put my watercraft away before the gate closes at 10pm.
This is just pure inconvenience when you been at this place so long without no restrictions on when you can enter. But for the last year, it's all shitty, let's put hours on this so no one can get their stuff when needed or wanted.
I live directly next door to the storage facility and it's the most convenient place for me but the hours when you can access are not.
If the gate hours were changed to at least 11pm close and a 4am open time, I would change this to a 5 star rating.
When your used to be able to go in at any time of the night, that is and was amazing. Now when you change something when someone has been there so long, it becomes an inconvenience.
And how about in the winter time when I need my snowblowers at 5am to go clear all my customers driveways before they leave for work, Nope they all have to wait longer cause the gate is no longer 24 hour access.
If the gate hours were changed to at least 11pm close and a 4am open time, I would change this to a 5 star rating.

Units are clean and roomy. Customer service especially over the phone is immaculate!! The rep that called me was very kind and very informative.

After 2 weeks of trying to.get my unit door spring repaired, Ms Tina called me, and was on it! She kept in touch so I was aware of progress and the door is now repaired. Tina was pleasant and so very helpful. I appreciate her efforts.
