Atm never works, they are only open weekdays till 4. They stole 1800 from my savings and took 3 days to return it.

I went to this location to open a new account and when I got there there were 2 tellers at the desk and a manger in the office on the phone. I was the only customer there at the time but when I walked in no said good morning or even acknowledged that was there. I walked to the counter and still no one spoke to me for a few minutes then a teller finally says someone will be with you in a minute and still had to wait. I was so disappointed by this experience that I left as I was not interested in opening an account with this location.

The worst bank i've ever done business with. I opened a savings account and the woman who did the paperwork was extremely rude and made it a point to tell me she was doing me a favor...After the account was opened i requested a box of pennies, to my amazement they said they didnt have but $3 in pennies and wouldn't have more till FRIDAY. This is on a Tuesday. What kind of bank doesn't have more than enough change to last a week????

This Belmont branch is HORRIBLE! POOR Customer Service ALWAYS! Good Luck at the drive through... IF then actually get to the machine! WORTHLESS!
