I came to JD’s in the southern park mall. I purchased a few sweatshirts and sweatpants 4days prior. I had to come back because a security tag was left on one of the sweatshirts. Upon arrival I noticed one of the sweatshirts I purchased was on sale now. I asked if I could return the sweatshirt and repurchase to receive the discount. One of the workers left to ask manager. They said that Eternity, the manager said the only return is for items that don’t fit. Really? So after I shopped and purchased more items, I went back and returned the sweatshirt and repurchased as it was supposed to be. However, during the transaction Eternity, the manager has serious attitude. Talking condescendingly and playing confused with the English language. I kept it moving until she attempted to stuff a box of tennis shoes on top of my purchases. At that point I asked hr for the bag and properly bag my items, only to hear her huffing as if I was disrupting her. Manager material…. maybe, maybe not. EXTRA TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE…ABSOLUTELY!!!!

So disappointed in this place. Went there to find shoes that would help with a foot problem. Salesman/manager talked me into a $160 pair of On Cloud shoes. I wore them one day in the house and tried to return them and they would not allow me. Don't do business with this company!!!

Stolen money.. and didnt have cash in the drawer to give me my refund back…. What kind of store doesnt have cash??? Makes no sense but when i got home i look at the reciepts they stole $5.63 from me smh.. im not going to make a big deal out of it but the attitude and atmosphere can be a bit better makes you feel uncomfortable Being in their

To start off, the employees that work there are very mean, they’re 3 guys, one that has long hair, one that has glasses and one that looks like a short shark. They back door their whole inventory, and then they resell it to a person. This is very unfair and doesn’t let other people get a chance to win shoes. Also they have the worst customer service ever, didn’t even greet me at all. What’s corporates number?
