“I have dealt with other home savings (chardon) and i have dealt with austintown branch. If it wasnt for austintown branch i would close all accounts and go elsewhere. Chardon branch really needs a good shake down because their staff is nowhere near what it should be to do business with people. Their reviews speak for themselves. I just want to mention Jackie at austintown branch, she is worth every penny. I am sure others would agree if they have dealt with her. No matter the issue, Jackie always makes it right.
