Worse bank I ever saw. Was forced to stay with them because they bought the previous bank name, which was Cortland Savings Bank for over 150 years. This lousy bank took over as Farmers Bank, came in & Fired all my friends & employees who all had over 27 years seniority. They are a lousy company & I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I'm speaking of the Bank itself, not any certain locations. Just the quality of the people who work there now, they're as dumb as a box of rocks. Watch out people they have made some very grevious mistakes with my account. Most of them can't count past 3.

Can only make 3 deposits a month using the app, they will hold you check deposit for 4 days. If you go to the bank they will hold the out of state check for 7 days. In this age of computers there is no reason to hold checks that long, the do this to invest customers money but yet the customer gets nothing from that investment. This bank is terrible so once my deposit from today clears next week I'm finding another bank that doesn't operate from the 1980's.

My Go to Branch of Farmers National Bank. Alicia Hill is my preferred staff member here. Every time I need something she makes sure I'm taken care of with out any issues, She's always super friendly and thorough.

I always go to the Farmers National Bank in North Lima. The tellers know me by name. They are friendly and super helpful. Today Kerry was my teller. She has also assisted me with wire transfers and opening an account. I have moved to Poland, Ohio and still go to the Farmers in North Lima.

I have an auto loan with Farmer's National Bank presently and I would not ever, under any circumstances, do repeat business with this bank. They assessed me a $150.00 prepayment penalty on the account for attempting to pay it off early. I have paid off every auto loan I've ever had with other banks, and none of them charged such a penalty. I called to try to have it waived and was redirected through numerous people over the course of a couple days. I now have to pay 32 cents per month by check for the next six months because the account balance is $1.90, and if I pay the remaining $1.90 immediately the $150.00 prepayment penalty will be assessed. Take your money elsewhere, not to Farmer's National Bank, unless you want to deal with ludicrously unwielding customer service and predatory lending involving prepayment penalties. There are plenty of other banks (most, in fact) who will NOT charge you such a fee. Had to give one star to leave the review, since zero stars isn't an option.

Tried to tell me I couldn't use my own money to buy crypto currency. Went as far as blocking PayPal. Switched to chase who is much better. Every once in a while they'll deny something but you just have to call an put them in their place.
