Someone hit my car So I got a rental from them through the persons insurance which was GEICO on 10/16/23.. before i signed for the rental the Manager (Gino) was on the phone with geico and they said they would pay for everything. Gino tried to get me to purchase the extra insurance through them and I told him I didn't need it. He told me to call my insurance company to see if the coverage rolled over to the rental (he spoke with them) and said that I needed the extra coverage.. So I had the rental for a month and he called me 2 days before the rental needs returned and told me GEICO was paying for everything except for the extra coverage he had me purchase.. So i called geico to see what the problem was and they needed the dec page from my insurance to make sure my coverage didnt roll over to the rental. In fact it did so I purchased the insurance through Enterprise for nothing.. I returned the rental and (Gino) and GEICO was talking back and forth playing phone tag for about a month and a half after I returned it with no resolution.. The past 2 months i have been calling and he kept saying he will call me back.. I asked to speak with his manager or the number to Corporate and he said "there is no one over him" he told me that I would have to pay it. May I also add that I returned the rental with no damages what so ever. I told him I didn't have the money and it was his fault I got it in the first place. Cause he talked to my insurance company and said I needed it. I returned the rental 11/18/23 and I just received an invoice on 12/27/23 for 500 dollars for the insurance that I owe Enterprise I need to know who I can speak with to get this resolved I feel like I should not have to come out of pocket at all.. Other than that everything else was great

Customer service was outstanding, they provided me with a wonderful car that fulfilled my needs while my car was being repaired. They didn't have many cars available for choice, but given the small location here in Youngstown, I don't blame them. This was my first time renting from Enterprise and I would highly suggest it to anyone looking for a place to rent. Youngstown employees were very respectful, informative, and kind.

I think that enterprise is overpriced and they really do not have discounts. There are many other ways to rent cars my fav. Site (which can only be rented through online) is Turo. Check it out,..it's an app and it's basically people in the community rent out their rides. If you are trying to rent in larger cities you can get fast,stylish rides for reasonable price. Much less then enterprise.....

Service was great except..... We went I. The day before to rent a car. We told them we needed something big enough for 2 boosters and a car seat. We were put in a Toyota Corolla. I definitely voiced my doubts before we took the car to drive 1200 miles to pick up our grandbabies. We were assured over and over that it would fit with no problem since it is a 5-passenger car. We were crammed in like sardines!! The gentleman who checked us in when we returned the car was super apologetic and nice. We will definitely use this location again because the service was amazing and even though cramped quarters, we made it back with our babies!!!

I learned about Enterprise Car Rental via 'word of mouth'. The Customer Service at this location is always top-notch! The Manager Darren always makes Customers a priority! He makes sure that one can experience a fast and easy Booking/Car Rental experience. The vehicles that we have rented from this location are always road ready and in excellent condition!

Sad they see money not real people behind the wheel,someone's son. I hope that changes ? he froze no heat wouldn't start they charged 700. An retired truck after they charged him. My son spent more then in a uhaul, never recommend them,mgr was golfing too busy to address this problem,made us wait days before making ia nitemare a daymare as well.

Darren was helpful in making sure I had the most comfortable selection available to me. My car was clean and pickup was a breeze. Additionally, I had to make special arrangements for return due to time constraints and the staff at this location was very accommodating.
