I called looking for my Grandfather's location and cemetery where he is laid. I work at a funeral home so I know all they have to do is look in his file. Whoever I talked to, whether it was the owner, or a funeral director was conceding, and rude. He was talking to me like I was stupid and was in no hurry to get me that information. If I could give them zero stars I would.
