I purchased ice from Dom's ice house before coming back to Florida, was told it would last until friday, purchased late tuesday, had to stop on thursday to buy ice so my perishables would not go bad, all he put in my coolers was small pieces of dry ice and charged me $40.00 what a ripoff. Learned a lesson the hard way, never again.

We needed dry ice this afternoon to take Handel's ice cream on a trip, and the gentleman that met us and sold us the dry ice was so kind and so pleasant!! It literally made me want to get on here and leave a review! I believe his name was Mark. What a wonderful experience dealing with such a nice person from Youngstown. You will have our business anytime we need dry ice! Thank you!

Was quoted $15-20 for enough dry ice to fill two small coolers and was charged $30 when I arrived for pick-up. I could overlook that except the employee at pick-up was not friendly at all - he acted like he didn't want me to be there. I will consider a different supplier for my needs next time.

Recently, I was in town visiting and I wanted to take some food back home on my drive. I had the pleasure of meeting Dom as he stayed late on the day after Christmas to help me with some Dry Ice. What a great guy and thanks again for the great service.

I was traveling to my home in Virginia and desperately needed dry ice to freeze up several fresh salmon that I caught in Canada. They sold me about 10 lbs of dry ice and helped me pack everything into my cooler to ensure everything was iced down without burning my hands in the process. I really appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond just giving me a package of ice.

Dom's Ice House helped us out in a pinch, and went above and beyond to do so! On a cross-country relocation trip, we ended up in a place where we could find NO dry ice. We'd managed to find dry ice all along the way, but there was NOTHING in Grove City, PA. So we hunted, and backtracked that morning to pick some up at Dom's Ice House in Youngstown, OH. Not being from the area, we were unsure how long it would take us to get back there for the pick up. It took us a little longer than we expected, and the agent we were working with, "Mark" needed to make a delivery to a long-standing customer. He worked it out so that he could still make his delivery, and we could still get the dry ice we so desperately needed! I know he thought it was helping out in a small way, but it was a HUGE help to us! We truly appreciate Mark, and Dom's Ice House for saving our small stash of frozen fresh meats that made the cross country trip with us!

Only place around me that sells dry ice and even though they are wholesalers they allowed me to come and get smaller amounts. Very nice people who has a good customer service. Glad I found this place sence getting dry ice is not easy to purchase in Northwest Pennsylvania
