This store has gone through so much but their service is always impeccable ! Even if they’re short staffed they do there best to make happen couldn’t ask for a better store in the area !

Great place, great workers even with the staffing being limited. Super friendly and willing to help customers & door dashers as quickly and effectively as possible.

They have been cash only for over 2 weeks, I don’t think it’s a system problem I think the workers just don’t want to work. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

They are always rude and never at the registers , I always have to wait at least 5 min for someone to come over and to top it all off they are closed through out the day on and off! I don’t who runs this store but it is managed horribly!

Tell corporate to pull there heads out of there butt. A new America exists now. You have 3 small stores in Boardman and Youngstown, ohio. If you want to survive step up and out or admit growing smaller is a solution. People is not stupid to think with intelligence. You decide.

this dollar general is always closed this is ridiculous!!! Bring back the other lady that kept it up and running from before, this i my closest store now I have to travel to south Ave. this one never open the staff is rude you never can find them I use to be a regular not any more it has not changed y’all change management but still the same out come smh . Very unhappy they just need to close it down at this point

Cashier working at 10 am on Tuesday feb 28 was extremely rude. She was yelling at me to stop putting the basket under the plastic barrier at the register. I told her I heard her and she kept being nasty. She rang up my stuff and once she slammed the laundry detergent and was nasty when she told me the total I walked out.I’d never speak to a customer that way. She needs some anger mgmt classes and a new kind of job. We’ll call her “Karen”. I’ll never go back to this location.

You do not hear management talking behind the backs of there employees. A vast improvement from the past. The reason I find empty shelves corporate makes up the supply orders not the store managers.

Kaitlyn was the only one at the store while doing a Door Dash order she was so very nice, fast, friendly, and efficient.She HONESTLY was like 5 employees in one! One sec stocking shelves while greeting customers entering store. You look up in one second she is behind the register ready to checkout you out.... And all with a smile. You are absolutely amazing! I hope and pray you NEVER change ❤️?❤️
