What a great place to go to, the staff is amazing and the selection of vehicles is top notch. I would recommend Direct Sales and Leasing to anyone looking to upgrade or purchase another vehicle. When it is time for me to upgrade again, I will be coming right back here.

Before you buy a vehicle from here take it to Autozone or somewhere like that to make sure they didn’t clear the check engine codes off to sell it. They did it to the truck I bought. Had I known it had a check engine light on previously I would not of bought this truck. This is going to be expensive to fix. Now I have to take it to a dealership to have the problem diagnosed. I live in Pennsylvania so it will not pass inspection with the light on. Total piece of junk I bought.

I just purchased a vehicle from this company. This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had buying a used cargo van. The staff was extremely polite, provided frequent updates and were upfront with any and all issues. In fact, after they inspected the vehicle, they replaced the breaks and installed a new Turbo unit with associated lines. Highly recommend.

****IMPORTANT READ IN FULL****
I bought a vehicle via online with Direct Sales and Leasing and was told by that the vehicle has no issues! To assure the deal the dealer provided a full terrain warranty confidently saying there should be no issues with the vehicle!
The vehicle was shipped and when it arrived I knew from startup something did not sound right! Took the vehicle for a drive and realized something was majorly not functioning correctly! The vehicle would randomly Cheddar at times and slip when changing gears!
We Took the vehicle to a mechanic the next day and was told it needed a new transmission! So I though no big deal I have the warranty it’s covered…… Nope!!!! Talked to the warranty folks who advised me that I bout the vehicle with a messed up transmission and the warranty won’t cover it because it was already messed up!
Car fax said the vehicle had had transmission replaced…. Not so!!! When the business who reported this false information was contacted they openly admitted that they had not done any replacement work on the transmission!
They also stated that the customer was told the transmission would need to be replaced and the customer then left with the vehicle with no work done! So the dealer had no idea this was the case & did not expect something like this would happen!
To the dealers best of knowledge when they had the vehicle it was tested and driven they spotted no signs of problems!
I completely find that hard to believe due to the way the vehicle even sounded and drove! It was agin noticeable even from startup with making a unusual chirp sound and loud grinding and gargling sound as you drive!
Overall this was my 1st & last experience of buying a used car without driving it 1st and taking dealers Word! As a dealer I find it very hard to understand how they had no idea that the vehicle had issues!
Also when the vehicle arrived it had dents and dings that the online picture did not reveal!
Very disappointed and frustrated with this whole deal! (OVERALL VERY BAD EXPERIENCE)

What I have learned is there still hope For honesty ,caring, integrity & good hearted Car Salesmen. My son and I were attended by a gentleman named Austin.
He didn't fill our heads with lies and false expectations. He worked with us diligently & made us feel heard, understood & most of all Austin went above & beyond to appease us with the price. I will continue to boast about Austin & Direct Sale & Leasing for they have earned for me to do so.

Big Thank You to Austin and the crew at Direct Sales and Leasing in Boardman. We set out looking for a car for my son who recently turned 16. Austin worked with our budget to find a 2010 Acura MDX that was a perfect size fit for a very tall 16 year old. Austin was very competitive on pricing, and upon giving him a short list of items that we wanted checked/corrected on the vehicle, his team quickly and efficiently got the job done. Paperwork and closing was effortless. Austins easy going personality made this purchase a breeze for a first time buyer and parents. Highly recommended!!
