Justin (Jason?) did a great job detailing my car! He went the extra mile to buff out any scratches on the vehicle and cleaned the inside to perfection. I would definitely go back and request him specifically. The price for a full detail is comparable if not a bit cheaper than other places- definitely worth the price!

I am still blown away by what Tracy was able to accomplish with my Dad’s car. It was in bad shape after years of deferred cleaning and maintenance. It looks BRAND NEW! Amazing customer service and communication from Lori as well. Thank you guys!

I brought my ceramic coated vehicle to Detail Doctor based on their reviews and a few friends who has previously gone. These pictures were taken the day after I picked up my vehicle and I was shocked. Scratches like these are caused from improper wash techniques. This car has never been touched by a towel, and is only brought through touchless car washes. Detail Doctor claimed these scratches were previously on the vehicle, which I can assure they were not. They also claimed the ceramic coating was not installed properly. I brought my vehicle to Chadd from Youngstown Detail Co. as soon as I purchased the vehicle. He is a certified installer, which the certification is very hard to get. After the coating was applied the paint looked like glass and there was not a single flaw in the paint. Now, Detail Doctor refuses to fix the scratches they made, and I will be paying out of pocket to get them fixed.Service: Auto detailing

Long story short I bought my car from Taylor Kia of boardman and it was not detailed yet but they said they would send it to the detail doctor, who does all of their cars. When I think of detailing a car, I think about getting all the hair and dirt out. Well when I received the car back it was basically wiped down. There was still dog hair everywhere from the previous owner’s dog and in between the seats there were coins, dog hair, ect. So now instead of getting a car back that should’ve been clean, I am going to have to clean it my self.Service: Auto detailing

Paid $170 for a full detail, couldn't even clean the headliner, didn't clean the windows and left gunk on the windows. And the detail only took 3 hours, which a professional detail usually takes 7-8 hours. Very disappointed, would not recommend! Better off doing it yourself!Service: Auto detailing

Recently had an interior detail on our eco sport. Overall we are very disappointed in the service. When I picked up the vehicle I immediately noticed dust/crumbs/smudges left in the center console and door pockets. Several areas clearly hadn’t even been touched. With tax the total was $135 for this service and I expected much more than I received. The secretary and detail tech came right out upon notification of the issue and attempted to fix with a few microfiber towels but obviously that did not take care of the issue. Also the exterior wash was extremely poor. Zero effort was put into this service and I would not recommend The Detail Doctor to anyone.
