The staff is great from the moment you walk in. The place is immaculately clean! I can not say enough how kind Dr. Scott was with my pet, and the time he spends with you is never hurried. I appreciate the great conversation after my pet was examined as well. Thank you again, Dr. Scott!

I've heard nothing but great things about dr Scott so I decided to get one of my new dogs (a rescue) on schedule. When I say a rescue, he is directly off the streets and needs some work, poor guy. I've also been searching for a new vet and was hoping to get him in, then add other pets. Well, this new pup has bad allergies and we were holding out until we noticed his face was starting to swell yesterday...by this morning, it was in his throat. I called in hopes that they could possibly squeeze him in, I mean it could kill him...and I believe Deena answered the phone. I told her the situation and that I knew they were extremely booked so she looked us up. Her response was since he is a new patient, then no, she couldn't squeeze us in.....
Thats a good enough reason for us to not use them. I'm sure he's a great vet, but that reply was basically, I could get you in if you were established. You're getting paid either way.

All the vets here are top notch. Been a client 20+ years. We esp love Dr. Scott. Dr. Bancroft is an outstanding surgeon. All the vets are very knowledgeable. They listen to you and are clear and thorough about diagnosis and treatment. The techs and office staff also are helpful.

Crago Vet Clinic has been there for all of my animals. I have the greatest trust in them. Everyone there is so caring and really takes the time to answer any questions. I would not go anyplace else.

The vets have all been overall quite great, however the communication and customer service by the facility as a whole is horrific. After spending thousands of dollars on a surgery, we were told by the vet that they would do a follow up call the next day to see how our dog was. Nope, never got a call. I have since called on 3 separate occasions in the last 2 weeks to try to discuss a postoperative complication with the vet, and nobody has returned the call. I question whether these messages are ever even relayed to the vets. A little communication and compassion goes a long way for paying customers.

I can't say enough good thing about Crago Veterinary Clinic. We got a dog from the pound that they spayed. A week after the spay she started acting very odd we didn't know what to do and our normal vet was not open so we called Crago they told us to come right in and took care of her right away. She developed a massive blood clot and had to have another surgery. They were so caring and compassionate to Rain our new dog. If you are looking for great service and companion for your animal you found the place.

I have been a bringing my cats here for 20+ years. The vets care about your furry family and are extremely skilled. They communicate extremely well also. The technicians and office staff are equally amazing. Crago has literally saved the life our youngest kitten and we will be eternally grateful for that.
