I have gone here for more than 30 years with Dr. Crago and subsequently with Dr. Smith, who I cannot say enough accolades about. And Dr. Distoli is wonderful as well. The entire staff is just the very best! Love, Love, Love them all and they already know that!

We see Dr Dastoli here and she is amazing! She listens to my concerns and addresses them fully. We had a major emergency and they were there every step of the way. The techs in the office really care your animal and it shows! I'm so happy to have found a doctor that truly cares about my baby!

My cat was dying from antifreeze poisoning, as what we can tell. This place stated they were a emergency clinic so I took my one year-old cat to them, walked in the door with him, bundled in my arms, dying, and asked for help. This is what they told me they only, take their customers even for emergencies only. What kind of veterinarian are you that you cannot fit in your busy schedule at 8 o’clock in the morning cat that has been poisoned? How did you become a veterinary clinic? The receptionist is rude as hell. I hope every everyone of those people that work there go to hell. Because that’s where they belong. Animals have nothing but unconditional love for a human being and to be treated like this? He literally died a half hour later in my arms, I felt the death rattle, and his last breath. So thank you Crago for not even taking a moment to look at my cat and see if that’s what it was.

they love money, but not animals despite having taken our animals for years and spending tens of thousands of dollars, Crago refused an emergency treatment for my cat I was stopped eating and drinking and has lesions on her tongue, or even to make a non-emergency. they are perfectly happy taking money for surgeries and expensive matters, but they definitely have no love for animals. they will take your money for surgeries. but they cannot be inconvenienced for the sake of the health or welfare of an animal in pain and desperate need

We've been bringing our fur babies here for many years now. Dr. Smith is wonderful!!! She takes time with us and answers all questions. The staff is sweet and my kitties are finally not straight up attacking them anymore. Definitely recommend!

Dr Dastoli does not listen to people when they say what they want checked and goes on her own feelings. After thousands of dollars with no diagnosis and an extremely sick kitten I have to find someone else to figure out what she couldn’t. Don’t take your animals here if they are sick!!!

Sadly I had to bring a pet in distress here, but everyone was compassionate, empathetic, and treated us like family. It was a difficult time for myself and my wife, and I just felt as though everyone here understood completely what we were going through.The world needs more veterinary centers like this.
