It was my first time shopping here in YEARS, and a blonde girl (can't remember her name) was helping me. I had quite a few questions, she was patient, and checked back with me when I needed her. She suggested a color line I hadn't used before and while this was just a personal visit, my hair feels and looks AMAZING. Overall I had a great experience here.

Melissa and her staff always go above and beyond for me. if a product isn’t in stock, Melissa will personally go out of her way to bring that product from another store , if need be. She’s knowledgeable , friendly & goes the extra mile for a customer, if need be. When i shop at her store, I feel like i’m with family ! The store is always clean & organized and the products are well stocked ! She is an awesome manager and her staff has been trained by the best ! Definitely shop with Melissa & her team !

Melissa and her staff are always helpful and cheerful. Being a retired manager of Cosmoprof, I know what to expect from employees and customers and I always get excellent service from Melissa and her staff . This year has been particularly hard on every business and they have handled it well ?

The store and staff are always clean and professional. The associates are knowledgeable of the products on the self and will physically assist you with any needs to locate a particular product. Melissa has gone above and beyond her duties as a store manager to provide outstanding service during a covid induced lockdown. This store is an asset to the Cosmetology industry and I am so happy it's in such a convenient location. Organized, clean, friendly, professional, and curdious.

I love shopping at this store location. Everyone is nice and more than accommodating! They have always gone above and beyond. As many of you know things are always getting discontinued and they jumps through hoops to find me those items and have them shipped in.I call and have them pull orders for me and they are always great at letting me know if something is "out of stock" or on "backorder" immediately so I can plan accordingly. Thanks guys for all you do for me:)

I have been coming to this store for over 3 years now. Melissa is the store manager and she is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond her call of duty to figure out the right product for me, to place an order if she doesn’t have it in stock, and those customer appreciation days are the bomb that she puts together! And then when all other stores were closed through the covid shutdown, that girl was there shopping for us and doing curbside and keeping us safe. And every other girl who works there has always been on top of their game. I’m always greeted sweetly upon entering and they all are very helpful.

Absolutely love this store and the staff. The staff is always friendly and inviting when I come in. They don't treat me like I am "just a customer", they treat me like a friend. The manager, Melissa, remembers the color line that I use and will go above and beyond to make sure that I have what I need to service my clients. Some of the colors that I use have been out of stock due to the coronavirus pandemic and repackaging, but when the shipment came in she messaged me to let me know that she had what I needed. This is truly great customer service so I thank her for that. If the store is out of something I normally use, the staff is more than helpful in giving recommendations on another product that is comparable. Huge shout out for the excellent customer service.

I was at the shop last week and, as usual, left feeling uplifted. They are more helpful and knowledgable about the products then any of the salons I have been to. If they are out of my products, they suggest an equivalent substitute or make a note to call me when the products come in. It us always service with a smile, and if you are there on the right day, that Melissa has mini cupcakes for you to sample. During the worst of the pandemic, she was basically a one person employee. Now that is alone is a praiseworthy. Sure hope the company appreciates all of the employees that work at this place.

The girls here at this store are absolutely wonderful. They are always so helpful and do everything in their power to get the supplies I need to be able to run my business. We always have friendly conversations every time I’m in there and they always make my visits enjoyable.
