I think citizens needs to hire more people. 2 is just not enough when u have a drive thru. I wouldn't even think about stopping on my lunch hour. Worst bank ever!

Waited in line at the drive thru in Liberty on Belmont Ave. for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Looking in the window it looks like only two employees. You need more help!!

Citizens is definitely a low end bank. There’s always a problem whether it’s, charges hitting your account in doubles, the atm not working, their debit card printer is down, the mobile app is always down. Don’t ever travel south either, we recently went to Texas, not a single location the entire way after ohio. Very inconvenient. It’s a terrible bank and the Belmont ave location is the worst location. We are currently in the process of switching to a new bank

I’m new to citizens and used the bank for the first time today and had a very pleasant experience. The line was long and with only 2 tellers they both were working efficiently and still friendly. Nicci was my teller and she was great.

This is my experience with this actual bank location itself. As for citizens bank as a whole it is absolutely horrendous.. this location most of the workers lack any kind of knowledge to answer the simplest of questions regarding account ( I’ve been with citizens for over a decade “this will change starting the new year “ ) the atm is always yes always broke smh... I actually had to make a deposit about 15 minutes prior to this review..... yes broke ! 3 times this past year I requested a call back about account information and did not receive any. The charges are insane and the online banking lacks any kind of positive whatsoever.. it lags and is incorrect on many levels.. there are other banks that are much more efficient and have standards for the customers... stay clear and do some research ..
