Just take a look at how well they treat their Austintown Customers with this ATM. As it won't accept my cash. I was told by Twitter I would get a response from this Branch about this outdated ATM. Needless to say I'm looking into new Banks.

ATM 4 out of 5 times doesn't work. Closed my bank site closest is 20 min one way. Used to be top notch bank. Please know the tellers are always helpful and pleasant. But ATM 's needs updated, use the new ines that were put into the bank sites you closed.

Really don't like this bank...shutdown way to long over covid and the outdoor ATM seems to always be broke. And when my dad passed, they locked his and my mom's accounts for over 100 days for no good reason...

I went inside the bank to change my last name on my account since I recently got married. I was greeted right away and the young man behind the desk was so helpful. Teddy helped me and got me in and out in no time! He stated he was still new and learning but he did great. He was very polite and helped me understand the process , super helpful!

Rudest bank I have ever stepped foot in. Once my check clears, I'm pulling everything out and closing this account. The people who work this branch should all be fired. If I could give negative star reviews I would. They don't even deserve the 1 star review

ATM is old. First Chase we stopped at in Niles. The ATM was not working.

I have been banking with Chase for well over 15 years. I have never had an issue with Customer Service or Customer Support. Today when I stopped in after having several of my other accounts (nonbank) hacked to make some changes I dealt with a teller by the name of Armon. He was extremely helpful, walked me through each process, and was able to provide me with everything I requested. I would highly recommend the Austintown Branch of Chase Bank.

Went in to this bank to open a new account with 6 figures to deposit and told me I'd have to make an appointment. And it would take am hour to open an account. I left and won't be back!

I'm thinking about switching banks the ATM machines around here are always broke so I have to go to another ATM and get charged a fee. I've went inside this bank several times and have gotten an attitude they are very impatient and unwilling to help
