“I have been coming here for months now, and the employees have all been awesome! They are great with my daughter too. This last trip I came back with a broken window, unfortunately. I believe it was the manager i didn't ask his name due to the circumstances, but he vacuumed all the glass so i could sit to get home. He really didn't have to do that at all, but he was super nice and did it anyway. I really do love the employees here.”

“Friendly, professional, helpful staff. Made my car rental progress very easy and quick. I was able to pick my car and had no issues the entire time. Office was also very clean!
I see a lot of complaints about pet hair in the reviews however, as a pet owner myself, I would hate to enter a car after someone who just had to have their pet in the car. What if my son has allergies to dogs/cats? And most rental cars have fabric seats. Who would want to have to struggle to vacuum out a car that was never given to them in that condition. I’ve rented at this location multiple times. I’ve seen the level of clientele that come through the doors and it’s disturbing that people think it’s okay to walk around covered in pet hair and then complain because they get it all over a car and are held responsible. Some things should be common sense and decency.
The ladies at this location work diligently and tremendously hard to provide the Public with amazing customer service. How about showing them some grace instead of complaining because you’re grown and too lazy to clean up after yourself!
