I've been a customer for over 5 years at this shop. I have always been treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. The quality of the work is great and they don't cut corners in workmanship.However I think they are seriously lacking in the customer service department. Our spotless excellent 5 year relationship has come crashing down by the actions of Deja the so called office manager.I went to the shop to have some work done and it was scheduled to be done Monday at the latest but it wasn't completed until today .. three days late .. but that's not the problem. They are a top notch quality service sign agency. They take whatever time is necessary to get a job perfect!!I was called by Pat, Deja, Bud the owner upon completion of the job.. We spoke .. I was told the amount to bring by each person that called me (3 people; my representative Roger was also called)I instructed them all, as always, I would be bringing a company check for the job. Also I was switching vehicles because we had 3 new vehicles added to our fleet to mark.I go pick the bus and drop off the van and to my surprise... I was told she cant open the gate until she was paid... "Do you have payment ??", Deja said. I paused and said "Didn't I sign a contract and aren't I bound to pay upon completion???She said rudely "I'm just making sure you have the payment before I open the gate... I was FLOORED...After going back and forth and being insulted and disrespected. I realized i wasn't getting my vehicle.I told her that vehicle goes out in the morning and I had the check in hand the whole time. She still never opened the gate.. holding my vehicle hostage as if i was refusing or unable to pay. I ended up leaving the vehicle behind and returning to my garage with the vehicle i was supposed the drop off; wasting time, money, resources, etc.I told her I was never coming back after the way I was treated and how insulting, offensive, and unprofessional that was to me and my business.I asked to speak to the owner and she refused. I said that there will be some loss of usage as the vehicle goes out tomorrow.. She said .. "Just come back" after I got all the way back to my lot 15 minutes 9 miles away.I am livid!!!
