I never thought i would ever say what i am about to say but i actually really enjoyed going into Boardman Subaru and looking around without any pressure from a bunch of salesmen trying to scoop me up. I had some idea what i was looking for so i got the pleasure of meeting and having Jared Czarnecki assist me in finding what will put a great big smile on my face and he nailed it. I absolutely love my new outback wilderness edition and he made every step of the transaction a breeze. During my time there i met and talked to numerous of the sales team in passing and i can honestly say each and everyone of them made me feel like i was more than just a customer..I want to personally thank each and every one of there staff for being more than just there to sell me something. Furthermore i would like to tell the owner and GM of Boardman Subaru the they have got top notch employees…

Sales staff are wonderful. They offer a program where you can bring your car in after a few weeks and they will make sure you know all about the operation of the vehicle. Sales staff spends time with you before you drive off . I bought the Forester and I love it.

I had a great experience at Boardman Subaru while purchasing my 2024 Subaru Impreza. I love my car! I’ve been with them for several years now. My salesman, Dev, was very kind, knowledgeable, made sure that he worked for what I needed and what was best for me and within my budget. I appreciated that very much. Dev has a great personality and showed compassion for my concerns with purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Dev. Dev and the Scott in the finance department worked on my behalf and that meant a lot to me as well. I recommend Boardman Subaru and Dev Wilson, Sales Consultant. At first I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of Boardman Subaru’s sales team. I was looking to buy a used vehicle for the first time on my own. I was told by Kevin Guthrie and another finance team member that they would only run my credit once through the bank of my choice but nothing further than that until I said otherwise. Here I am about a month later and I’ve come to realize through statements in the mail that my credit has been run for an auto loan 3+ times by Boardman Subaru and that I had been straight up lied to. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I will happily take my business elsewhere.

Just bought a New 2025 Subaru Outback wilderness from Tom Herman at Boardman Subaru. This is my 4th or maybe 5th... Subaru I have bought from him and everything evrytime has been a great experience. Tom and the rest of the staff know these cars better than any dealership for any other brand I've owned. My son bought a F150 trade-in and it needed some servicing done after the warranty he bought had expired. The service manager, Steve from Subaru was nothing but kind knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and got us an extremely fair price to have the work done. The rental they gave us was amazing. We are definitely more than satisfied and will be back. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys

Very satisfied with the service so far. My salesman Ryan didn’t make me feel extremely pressured to make my decision. I have a 2025 Outback which has more than enough features for me. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional. I definitely will purchase again from them and recommend Noardman Subaru.

Drive up Oil Change Service is Awesome! Waiting area has amenities and Wifi. Tech goes over items and u r sent a Video of your vehicle up on the rack.
