I started work their today. The problem I see with Belmont Confections is not the supervisors. The supervisors I have are really cool and great people to work with. Its the job that can be frustrating and tedious. Time seems to go so slow in their. The job can be nerve racking. You just have to be determined to make it work. But it is very frustrating

First thing first just from working there anyone that leaves a review is a manager/supervisor. Not a good place to work, unprofessional, don’t really give you enough free time w your family. Don’t care about your free time all they care about is bodies on the floor....think I’m lying , work there . Simple as that...you’ll see what I’m talking about after 3 months

I’ve worked at Belmont Confections in the mixing department and it’s very friendly and easy work environment. Ian Hamilton is my boss and he is the best boss you can ask for. The company as a whole is very professional work environment.
