“Needed to get my check engine light looked at. They helped me no problem and it's free. At least gave me piece of mind before I went to the repair shop. It's nice to have an idea of what you might be looking at beforehand and then I used Google to get detailed information about that assessment. It really did help before I got the bad news. I'm not a mechanic but I do know my car pretty good. They were very helpful remember they're not mechanics.”

“My daughter was driving home from school and her windshield wiper blew off. I called O'Reilly's and Jose said not to worry and he'll take care of it. He greeted her at the door and knew exactly what to do. Picked out an inexpensive wiper blade for her and installed it himself. What a class act....customer service like this is scarce. Thank you Jose! You saved the day and put a dad's mind at rest!”
“I feel that some of O'Reilly's accessories are kind of pricey. I also find that most of their parts are cheaper than AutoZone. If you're in it for parts definitely O'Reilly's. If you're looking to customize or even throw a stereo in your Car or Truck look elsewhere.”

“Purchased thru Year One. Took a while to get, but is a great looking battery. So far, works fine. Started the car right out of the box. Charge it when you get it; I had a show to go to, after a couple starts had to jump start the car. Put it on a 10 amp charge for a few hours after that, no problems since. Been driving the car and starting multiple times with no issues.”

“Great bunch of guys who know what they are doing as well as what they are saying. The last time I was here I made it just as they were closing which is not the way I usually go about my errands but when you need a battery you more than 'kind of' need a battery so I apologetically bought a battery that I had already inquired about and one of the guys came out to give me a hand. (You know who you are) I brought all the necessary tools so we had the new battery in nip tuck in 3 minutes flat. Thankyou, and sorry for being 'THAT' guy!”
