$300 plus tip service and I'm left scrubbing hair dye off my whole face, ears and neck. They moved my appointment back an hour causing me to have to cancel another appointment. Good thing I did with the state I was left in. Just unreal how much dye was everywhere and of course my shirt was wet and hair not dried all the way. Guess the saying doesn't apply here, "I do not get what I paid for". Totally not cool. UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW! Talked to the manager. Appearantly I was charged incorrectly so she was adjusting that and took off for the haircut so -$70. Things took a turn for the worst last night. I ended up getting chemically burned on my neck from where the dye sat! I have pictures of the burn from before I cleaned it and after I cleaned it. It's definitely a chemical burn but most def going to get it checked out. Manager of the salon said it was just an irritation from sensitive skin and scrubbing too hard. Def no scrubbing of my skin as everything was complete fire this morning. She offered me to come in for a free service to help with that. At this point I trust noone there to touch me. The whole experience was just a nightmare. There is no excuse for being sloppy and incompetent especially when you charge the prices you do. I don't mind paying alot for a good service but this was def not that! And of course to make excuse instead of taking accountability is pretty messed up.

Went in as a walk in looking to bring my curls back, they were able to get me in, I walked out curlier than ever!! She explained and showed me everything i needed to do, never got that anywhere else. Absolutely love it, thank you SO much Mae, I think, sorry if I got the wrong name..lol. Will definitely be going back.

I love coming to Bang! The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable, every stylist is super friendly, although Mae is my girl and she can work some magic. I went yeeeears without anyone touching my hair, and now I look forward to getting my hair done! Do yourself a favor and get Bang'd

I have never experienced such a warm, welcoming atmosphere until discovering Bang! Mae has been so sweet and informative in helping me get the best hair possible and that includes emphasizing my natural hair type! Everyone at the salon is very sweet and this is definitely a trusted salon!

Super welcoming with such an amazingly talented staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new hair studio. Had huge nerves from previous bad stylist experiences and Megan calmed those immediately. Super patient and has made me love getting my hair done. She's amazing with colors and I'm in love every time.
