Stopped by to buy a bottle of full synthetic oil. The cashier was very helpful. He took care of drain it out in my car's oil tank. Couldn't thank him enough for his efforts ?

Refused to look up parts by part #s completely incompetent. Refused to refund money after I paid for parts and they got them in and couldn't find them in their own store.
