Yesterday, I visited the Austintown Self-Storage and noticed an extremely well-maintained, clean facility. I was greeted by Lorinda, who smiled and made excellent eye contact upon entry. She welcomed me and offered help. Lorinda was very kind and considerate, answering my questions and telling me about the area since I was unfamiliar with it. While talking with Lorinda, I noticed the well-kept stock of moving supplies on hand for purchase. She had everything from boxes and bubble wrap to tape. I want to thank Austintown Self Storage for having such a great person as Lorinda in their employ. She exhibits a wonderful example of customer service and professionalism. I would recommend Austintown Self-Storage to family, friends, and colleagues.

I shopped around and although this self storage is a little more costly, it is well maintained and conveniently located which is why I used it. It is the old Austintown Flea Market building, but has been renovated into storage units. This place is where I would spend my weekends of my youth buying and trading sports cards. Now the sports cards have returned, stored here in rubbermaid containers. Anyone know where I can get rid of tens of thousands of cards??

Very Nice place to use for storage . I moved into the area . Very close to freeway , extremely clean place , have many options to store items have a drive thru storage which is great because it is inside storage drive up with car or truck unload inside .I was able to get a unit for about 140 dollars including insurance , they sell supplies. The people who run the whole thing are very kind and helpful

This place is so clean you could eat off the floors. The woman who works at the desk and manages is professional, helpful, and trustworthy. I'm using the storage unit for my business and I am excited about the business office for storage unit renters. It's a perfect set up.
