Just had another great experience at Ashley Homestore. This time we dealt with Dave Messersmith and everything went great. Dave helped us explore our options for twin mattresses and got us taken care of quickly. He was pleasant and enjoyable to interact with. Would definitely recommend!

CJ was very helpful. I was looking for an accent chair for my home office. He walked with me and showed me around and then let me browse on my own. I managed to find the perfect lil rocker/recliner. The purchase went smoothly, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend Ashley’s to anyone!

We worked with Billy and it was fun and informative! He is great at what he does and very knowledgeable! The girls in the office on the floor are super nice and crazy clean restrooms! Great prices and amazing staff! We just moved here from BC and happy we chose Ashley to furnish our new house! We will definitely be return customers! Just a couple pics that we are enjoying.

Our salesperson Cyndi was great. She wasn't pushy. Very informative and pleasant. We actually went to Value City Furniture prior to coming to Ashley and the service there was awful as well as their furniture selection.

One of the best things about Ashley when we walked in. The salesman greeted us. And then said “I can help you if you need help. I don’t want to hover”!! Wonderful words. Answered any questions we had. Helped us with our sale any way he could. You can bet we will continue to buy furniture there. And tell our friends!

If you're in the market for a new piece of furniture I highly recommend this store and salesperson Jon Brown! After shopping around at many furniture places I talked to Jon about a sectional couch that I was interested in. He was very informative and not pushy at all. I ended up buying it for a better price than the same size one at one of the "lower quality retail stores" down the road! Their warranty seems much more superior than the competition and more affordable than a couple other furniture stores I visited. I'm very happy with my experience and look forward to making future purchases for my home!

Was met by Chase at the reception desk. Told him what I needed and asked to walk around to just look.After a few minutes he showed me a dresser, mirror and chest. It was perfect for my needs, and purchased it.No high pressure at all and totally satisfied. He was extremely helpful and very nice.Can't wait to get it. Will return when needed.

I went to Ashley furniture to buy a new couch. Found what I wanted for around $797. The display price for the couch and the love seat was switch around. It was printed wrong on the display. The salesman was nice enough to honor the price on the display, which was less than what the couch by almost $300. I appreciate that the salesman did honor the price on the chart. Thank you Ashley Furniture for the great customer service.

The salesman went above & beyond to make sure I was making the decision that best fit my families wants & needs! He wasn’t trying to just sell me anything! Exceptional!*update: the bill is not clear if discounts were applied or not. Delivery was lightning quick though.
