I came into the boardman location for Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers. Jessica was a huge help for helping pick out a ring size for my girlfriend knows what she is doing and with my anxiety and stress through the roof helped guide me and basically picked a really amazing engagement ring for my girlfriend even with my daughter there to also help pick which one she would really like. Jessica was really helpful understanding and overall really nice and sweet without her help today idk what I would of done she is just overall amazing and my girlfriend is gonna be the happiest woman ever thanks to Jessica so thank you so so much!!!

Jessica is absolutely amazing there! Not only did she help me get my now fiancé an absolutely stunning engagement ring and wedding band. But when I had an issue with billing, she was willing to stand up and help me get the issue corrected. If it was not for her, I have no idea where I would have gotten the rings. Jessica helped me through a surprisingly stressful moment in my life, and I am truly speechless at the impeccable level of attention and help she has provided me.
I know this store specifically, will be where I go from now on whenever I need jewelry or something special.

They are wonderful people. it's an awesome experience they work with you in any way possible free cleanings any time you want to no matter how much their lifetime warranties and everything are so worth it and their lay away is freaking awesome no matter how much you put down as long as you pay every month you're good to go they are the most fantastic jewelry store I've ever been to.
