I have never in my 50 years on this earth seen a veterinarian plaster on their business the most vile political signs as I experienced at this vet. Supporting a terrible person that is spreading lies that dogs and cats are being eaten in Ohio is a huge red flag. So many other options than this veterinarian to take your animals to!

I left a vm at 530 am trying to see if they could get my beloved cat Charlie in if there was a cancelation. They called me back, I explained how ill my cat was, I would prefer a local vet before heading to medvet. I arrived with my sister, and Charlie was in bad shape. The workers were amazing, the doctor covering for Dr Allen was amazing. Although we helped my Charlie get his wings, they were compassionate and informative with Charlie's condition. On behalf of Charlie, I want to thank that doctor and EVERY girl in that building, for every kind thing and going above and beyond to get us in, Charlie died in building built on love from every worker there. I want to extend my appreciation because our time did cut into your small lunch/break window during an extremely busy day. Thank you for caring for my sweet Chucky. ❤️?

He is a heartless terrible excuse of a human being who has no right taking care of animals. He hates the pit bull breed and makes that extremely known. My nine year old dog has cancer and we were there to be seen, but he was far more concerned with the fact she was anxious being at the vet (like a lot of dogs) and he didn’t like that I was comforting her instead of yelling at her for barking. Shame on you Dr. Allen, you should probably have more kindness and compassion in this field, especially with your clients who pay your bills.

I called them because they were closer to where we originally went for our rats. (Barberton) They both have a mild respiratory infection and I effed up their medication. I needed more, and thought they could help. The whole vibe of this place was off, beginning with my first phone call to them. The girl on the phone was very rude and acted like I was a giant bother to her life. This should have been my first red flag. I continued with my appointment anyway. More bad vibes when I got there. Girl at the front desk was also rude. Does everyone just hate working there or what??
Dr. Allen had the weirdest, abrasive attitude towards me and the rats. One of the girls taking the rat's weights was asking me why I was there with them(which I told them on the phone), and then proceeded to talk over me and not listen to my answer. Dr. Allen basically told me they were completely fine and didn't need medicine. I just needed to get a humidifier and not spray any perfumes or have any plug ins or anything that would affect their sense of smell. Sooo, who's lying?? The first vet we went to that said they had a respiratory infection? Or the people with the weird vibes?
And then he mentioned my tattoos and said they cause lymphoma. Like...?? Even if they do, idgaf. That is not why I'm here. Like, literally none of your business.
And then I had to pay $60 for them to barely examine them and tell me they're completely fine.
Terrible doesn't even begin to cover my experience there. 0 stars. Do not recommend.
(I will say there was ONE girl there who was super nice. She gave my babies some crackers.)

Dr. Allen, assistants, and office girls are the best. They've taken care of many years of my dogs, through extra care-old age. It's so important to us they've always squeezed us in when we had more urgent special needs.

I brought my rabbit to this vet because he ate a wire from our mini fridge, getting his whiskers a little burnt. I booked an appointment right away to make sure my little buddy didn’t have anything else wrong with him, and in return Dr. Allen told me about my rabbits diet???? He also grabbed him by the ears and back, the worst way to grab a rabbit, children even know better. He proceeded to give my rabbit the most pathetic look over, saying he was the healthiest rabbit he’s seen without any further assessment? He also told me basic rabbit information, which is fair, but then gave me wrong advice. You can get more information from an Oxford hay bag than you can from Dr. Allen, it’s extremely frustrating. It also rubbed me the wrong way that he put my rabbit and I in a room with another lady’s cat, and my rabbit is a very reactive and fearful rabbit towards predator animals. Of course, I don’t have a problem with other peoples animals, but this cat was hissing and growling the whole time my rabbit was on the table.
I can’t express how insane and terribly unhelpful this visit was, so I’ll be taking my rabbits to a much more informed vet, preferably one that doesn’t look down on everyone. Just because this guy has been working with animals for 40 years doesn’t mean he knows what he’s doing, that much is obvious. Never want to see these people again.

Very Rude And Inconsiderate. I took my cats here and they were already stressed out, then when in the examination room the office cats were allowed to be in there with us. The cats were very nice but they were stressing mine out. When I asked if they could be taken out of the room I was brushed off and told that they were fine. I had points I wanted to bring up regarding my cat's health and my concerns and was talked over and down to the entire time. They rushed through everything and didn't answer any of my questions helpfully. Terrible experience and I will not be coming back.

Dr Allen and the staff are amazing! He Squeezed us in last minute and saved my little girls life. We couldn’t be more thankful.
