The staff at Acura of Boardman went above and beyond with their customer service. They were better priced than other dealerships and made the agonizing process of buying a car actually fun! Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed in the level of service from the sales person and their sales manager. The "scheduling manager" sends links for trade-in and financing. Obviously I am serious as I completed both. A few hours later the sales person and I spoke. The sales person appeared unprepared as he talked about warranty coverages, I had to stop him to remind him this was a Certified Pre Owned vehicle and had coverage as such. The trade-in offer was significantly lower ($19,000) than what was presented via THEIR link ($21,925) What! I wasn't thrilled with the number from the link, but felt it was a place to start a conversation. Even worse to receive an offer, then be fed lines about these are estimates, what wholesale prices are. Let's admit who cares about wholesale, nor did it indicate "estimate", let's talk about the offer your link provided. They did move to $20,000, but not matching the link THEY provided. No budging on the purchase price of the MDX either. While on the phone with the sales person, the manager shouted he would not move on the price of either vehicle. Wow! Certainly no professionalism displayed there. I felt some movement on the purchase would be a "good will" move on their part as I was willing to drive 2 1/2 hours to do the deal. Thank goodness I did not make the drive with this experience and the other reviews.

Pat the parts manager was very kind and nice enough to help me out when I was in a jam. After my daughters car was stuck along the road due to a caliper problem, I was able to get the car to Acura
Of Boardman (where I bought the vehicle), and where Pat was nice enough to not only let me wash my hands, but give me the bolt I needed at no charge. I will remember this when looking for my next vehicle. Thank you very much Pat. I truly appreciate what you did.

I called about a part I needed and I got yelled at by a guy named Pat, I was so confused. I’ve never talked to someone so rude I hope he loses his job and can find some kindness in his heart.

Johnny and the entire team at Acura of Boardman are simply amazing!
In the current world of over priced, high mileage used cars. Johnny was able to put my newly licensed daughter into a beautiful low miled Honda Accord at an amazing price!
Fun, Friendly staff all around!
Highly recommend and will be the first stop I make when in need of another auto!!
