I want to give a shout out to the manager Jack and his assistant Allison for helping get our ugly flights to Iceland changed from making multiple connections to making only one. The original travel agent we were working with named Darlene did absolutely nothing to change the flights. She knew they needed changing 5 months before the trip but insisted on waiting until the last minute because her "35 years of experience" as a travel agent said she could. Because of her feet-dragging we ALMOST had to make multiple connections with short (40 minute) lay overs to get to our final destination...all with a person in a wheel chair. Finally because of Jack and Allison's hard work, the flights were finally changed days before the trip. Moral of the story...if you plan on using AAA for travel, stay away from Darlene.

Inept at handling basic insurance services and communications. Switched back to my old provider after losing out on hundreds of dollars. Go literally anywhere else. Even if it’s a little more.

Stopped here to get a new IDP for a last minute trip to Japan. I didn't have an appointment, but was in and out in 15 minutes, even had them take the photos. Clean office, very pleasant and professional staff, right on Rt 224 between Canfield and Boardman on south side.

gave a 1 star review because 0 wasnt an option. This company is a fraud. Employees who show up to install batteries are inept and clueless. Might as well give their employees small cars and clown shoes. At least it would be honest advertisement.

the boardman location agent jesse o'conner specifically is a joke! happened to look at my renewal policy to see that my under age son who had been driving his car nearly 5months was not even insured! when i reached out to jesse to find out why he hadn't added him all this time he claimed to have been "underwriting furiously trying to find what happened" and that "he was fighting to make sure no one else ever has this same issue." since leaving allstate to go with AAA i have had nothing but issues, and to not mention the fact that my insurance has gone up almost 900$ managers were asked to reach out to me.. never heard from anyone! all i can say is AAA is beyond lucky that my son hadn't been involved in anything that could have hurt himself or someone else!!

I'm 81 and have paid AAA for 28 years... they left me stranded in the ghetto for 5 hours blocking a business entrance...then never lete know if the car picked up or droppcal ed off..I had to call my machanic to find me cat

So AAA, whom I've been a customer of for 6+ years, send a letter saying they're permanently cancelling my membership. I called them, and they didn't have any details as to why but said the decision was final with no chance to dispute it. So I guess AAA just bans people with no warning or explanation now.

I called triple A today at 230p and am still sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. I have AAA plus membership and 3 1/2 hours to wait for a tow is unacceptable. I also have a 5 yr old child with me. This is the worst service and I will be calling the BBB on monday. They need to do better.

If you prefer to pay for absolutely poor service or no service at all then this is the place to be! The very last time I called for help I was 40 mins away from home with a flat tire. I waited 5 hours total and called multiple times and put in more than one request. Long story short I was left alone in the cold freezing weather by myself for 5 hours. The tow truck driver marked my service as complete but never showed up to help. So out of the last two times I had car problems and needed assistance I had to wait a total of 8 hours and they only came to help me 1 out of 2 times. So if your looking for no help at all or inconsistent or inconsiderate tow truck drivers than then this is the place to be!!!

Had notary and insurance services on a Sat. Incorrectly notarized 2 out of 7 signatures, But the documents were complex and confusing and I didn't catch it either#notmad good place....

Waited on the side of the road while on my motorcycle for over 7 hours for a tow that never showed up. Pitch dark outside, side of the road with a dead cell phone, no longer even visible to passing cars by this time completely UNACCEPTABLE and their only defense was we don't have a lot of trucks for motorcycles. Well than why offer the service. Thankfully I made it home safely by someone else not AAA.
