A Teller at the Yellow Springs branch was rude and argumentative at two different visits to the Bank.I withdrew my funds and am now very happy with WES_BANCO

Still the absolute worst customer service anywhere! On two occasions now, the US Bank at the Fairborn Kroger has provided check cashing service that the YS US Bank said that they couldn’t. Ironically I am a life long resident of YS.Prior to 5 years ago, the YS branch had a competent manager on site who could make common sense decisions for loyal local customers.

I recently opened a new account. Jordan Fisher was absolutely awesome! Answered all of my questions and gave answers to some questions I didn't think to ask. He was the epitome of professional while combining wit and welcome. I look forward to a long term partnership with the bank.

My last 3 trips to this location. 1st time was 2 weeks ago. The interior was closed due to Covid so I had to go through the drive through window. Not the end of the world however other US Banks near me did have their interior open while following CDC guidelines. Took a long time to go through the drive through because of only 1 lane open. 2nd trip about a week ago. Had to deposit a large check. Interior was still closed, now the drive through window was "broken". They still had staff in the building but over the intercom I was told to go to a different location. 3rd trip. All I needed to do was get cash out. Interior still closed, drive through closed, ATM on exterior of building was broken. Why do I even have a USBank account when it takes this much effort to get my money.

Won’t ever becoming back here. They told me that because I don’t bank here that they can not make change. One your a bank and being against people who don’t bank with you is pretty F up. Especially when the change was needed for local business. Just goes to show how much they are not part of the YS community . They are the absolute worst place in ys to do any kind of business with. Iv been to many banks and none of them would ever do this especially to a local business.

I have been with this company since it was Star Bank. This branch has the worst customer service of any bank I have been to. The tellers need some customer service training, they are rude, crass, just plain ill tempered. I will drive 10 miles out of my way to avoid this branch. This was my third and final bad experience there, 3 different tellers, same bad attitude.

Wow! I've heard complaints about customer service at this branch for years but I had never experienced it first hand until yesterday. I pulled into the drive-thru lane (the green open sign was still on) 10+ minutes before closing, there were 2 cars ahead of me but there should have been ample time to process 3 quick drive-thru transactions. Unfortunately the car directly in front of me did not have a quick transaction or departure from the lane so when I pulled up to the window it was 5:01. The branch employees had already shut down the tube and video monitor so despite my waiting 10+ minutes and queuing up well before their closing time and when the sign clearly said OPEN I was not waited on. I stopped into the branch today to address the issue and was greeted by a customer service manage who was completely unapologetic and had nothing but excuses as to why what happened was okay and not their fault or responsibility. She said they could not see me in line bc they can only see the car directly in front of the drive-thru window and they didn't shut the tube down until 5. That may be true but it doesn't make what happened okay. If I was inside the lobby in line would all the tellers shut down when the clock struck 5 and not wait on the customers who are still in line? Nope!!! If it wasn't for the great customer service from the bank's 800 # I would definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
