Haven’t been here in awhile. I’m mobility challenged and walk with a cane. It’s quite a step to get in the store. I may try to go anyway. I’m looking for a moonstone ring. Got one here years ago. I loved it. Lost the stone. Sad.

Very cute shop! They have a great selection of silver pieces. Many unique lines of jewelry with different styles. Even more unusual jewelry such as stalagmite earrings, which were gorgeous!I purchased a lovely pair of moonstone drop earrings.The woman working was very helpful and kind.As well, the prices are very reasonable.I will definitely be back again!

Just amazing! The Nepal jewelry is white bronze, so the dramatic pieces are priced at a pittance. The silver select is vast and varied, and the service is delightful. Whether buying for yourself or another you can not go wrong!

I have not been to Ohio Silver Co. for some time, but I am doing the review because the unique silver ring I wear most often came from here and it is as fabulous as when I purchased it over twenty-five years ago! The stone is intact and the ring wears well. I don't wear a lot of jewelry so having something of quality has meant a lot to me. Thank you for the integrity of craftsmanship in your shop.

Found a beautiful sterling silver ring here. It's a cozy shop with some great silver jewelry. The woman who helped me was very kind and polite. I recommend checking this place out !!!

I was shocked how rude the woman with the cane was! I asked her if she had any rings for sale in a size 8.5 or up, she said,” Well you’re not being very specific what do you mean?” I said,” huh?” She said…. “Can you not hear?” I said, “ I can hear, but I just want to know if you have rings in larger sizes”, she used her cane to tap on the top of the jewelry case and said, “see we have rings”…. And then rolled her eyes at me with a heavy heavy sigh!!! Even my young daughter was shocked, how rude she was! The worst customer service I have ever had! I can’t believe I even spent a hundred dollars in that store… but the jewelry itself was beautiful… However, I won’t be back!

My mom and I took a trip up to Yellow Springs, with us mostly looking forward to this shop. It completely lived up to our expectations. An amazing selection of gorgeous jewelry for a VERY reasonable price, but also great quality. We had seen the reviews regarding the customer service. While the gentleman working the shop wasn't incredibly extroverted, he was completely polite and did his job well. I can't recommend this store enough for beautiful, affordable, jewelry.

the pricing and products are wonderful, but the customer service is lacking. one of our salespersons was rude dismissive. and the other saleperson seemed exhausted and too introverted. in the jewelry you need to have good social skills or you’ll turn away customers.

As a fellow small business owner, I try to shop in the Village for gifts as much as I can. Ohio Silver is my favorite place to find unique jewelry. They represent so many different artists and makers and there's never a time where I don't find something affordable and beautiful. For me personally, when a relative is looking to buy me something special, I always suggest buying from here. I love it so much. Not to mention, they've been doing business here in YS for over four decades which is pretty remarkable. The owner is savvy, kind, and an awesome community member.
