111 N Winter St, Yellow Springs“We stayed here just 2 nights and it was adequate and served the purpose. It is a very old motel which we knew going into it. The room was very small but had the essential furniture you need, a bed, nightstand desk/chair, small fridge and TV. The floor in our room looked to be newer vinyl plank flooring, but the bathroom fixtures and tile were from the 70s or 80s probably. It appeared to be clean but showed its age for sure. There were no breakfast items available for guest despite what some of the reviews mentioning it. There is a fridge so would recommend bringing some breakfast items or snacks, drinks. The staff answered calls quickly when we had questions. The motel is walkable to town if you're relatively fit, or a super close drive otherwise. If you're okay with vintage, then this motel is not a bad place too stay.Rooms: Very small but had the essential furniture needed.Nearby activities: Super close to the heart of Yellow Springs.Safety: The doors use a keycode plus a chain lock. Seemed to be a safe area.Walkability: Walkable to town, 1 mile??Food & drinks: None available.Noteworthy details: Very old bathroom.”

321 Xenia Ave, Yellow Springs“In the heart of Yellow Springs, this is a great location. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Also enjoyed a tasty omelet at their on-site restaurant. We definitely plan to return!”
“Stayed at the Bungalow for our first wedding anniversary. I was really impressed with the space. It was extremely cozy, and the fireplace feature added some extra character. Despite being connected to the studio rental, the bungalow was quiet and we could very rarely tell anyone was in the other side of the building. This suite was within close walking distance to Yellowsprings Brewery, as well as the other restaurants and shopping. We had a great day just wandering around. We can't wait to come back to town!”
