It has been 4 years since my last purchase and your Verizon representative Juleon was most helpful. So many changes and updates to the new iPhone 15, Juleon was very very helpful and patient with explaining the use of the phone, thank you again for all you do for your customers.

I highly recommend Verizon in Xenia, Ohio. Our salesman was Juleon was he was outstanding. He was great on explaining the options and what was the best plan for us. I definitely give Juleon 5 plus stars!

My husband and I came into the store for new phones a couple of weeks ago. The phones came with a bunch of junk on them ao we came back in to ask for help cleaning up and learning how to use them. Maddy helped get rid of the junk apps, turn off app notifications, and reorganize the look of our phones. She taught us how to turn them off and on, and how to set up recovery options for our emails. We were very happy leaving this store.

A couple weeks ago I came into this Verizon store hoping to buy a phone as a new customer. The store was clean and TJ was the representative who helped me and he was awesome! ? It took over 30 minutes to clear up some issues with my original credit application I started online but TJ was motivated and had good spirits through the entire process. He was patient with support and helped me out tremendously with a trade in for the new Samasung Galaxy S24 Ultra! I ended up being able to buy the phone I wanted and was very pleased with the customer service ? Thanks again TJ for helping me out!! ✔️
