I will not work with anyone but Kim. Everyone there is nice and competent but Kim explains things really well and I makes it clear what they expect and will go out of her way to get me what I need for the price I need it. Great place.

Do NOT rent from here the worse service I have ever got. Kim has no clue what is going or what she is doing they never return calls like they say. We got bed bugs from here had an exterminator come out and got positive confirmation that we got the bug from the furniture we got from uhr. I have lived in the same spot 4 years never had bugs. Got furniture in February found the bugs in May had a professional come out and confirmed where it came from uhrs furniture. The uhrs told me they would take care of the bugs and here we are in August and I finally told them to come get there stuff a week ago and I would deal with this problem with my exterminator and they have yet to pick anything up told us they would be here at 11 to get everything and no show it is not worth the headache Bridgett and Alyssa are cool but Kim is not good people and is cheating her company if you good service this is not the place to go

I went get lamp cuz I I need one and ended up getting 2 of them for decent price and was looking for cheaper price lady’s were nice and helpful with that

This place is absolutely amazing they can get whatever you desire!!! Go get something new and you’ll enjoy it and love it!! I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve gotten and loved every item.

I have been renting from them for years paid off many items I keep renting from them ..love all the staff they are honest and upfront if there is a problem they are quick to fix it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them you won't regret it they make you feel like family

I have gotten multiple pieces of furniture from UHR--I absolutely love the employees that work there. They are super friendly and helpful. Alyssa, Kim & Bridgette are the absolute BEST!!! I would recommend UHR to anyone that needs quality furniture!
