Out the 19 years my family and I have been customers at T mobile this has to be one of the worst experiences. I typically do not leave negative reviews. However, the customer service received from this location was absolutely unacceptable. I was told various false statements by my representative regarding my upgrade that he only attempted to clear up after I called someone from apple. Example: “You will not be able to log into a new phone on i-cloud without fixing the broken device”. With the help of apple support I discovered this was untrue. I was then given a card to an external source instead of trying to help me get another phone from this tmobile. The employee was extremely nonchalant and very unhelpful. The only progress was made after I left the location contacted apple again and went to another local T-mobile. The other tmobile handled the same situation in under 20 minutes! I was at the other store for hours. Save your self the time and the headache and choose another location that will make your consumer experience a good one.

The manager, Ivory, and Luke who assisted her, were extremely helpful answering my many questions about switching from my current carrier to T-Mobile. Luke wrote down all the details so that I could take them to my wife for further discussion. I had hoped to cut through all the advertising fine print and find out what my future bill would be, and what the features of the various plans were. Ivory and Luke gave me everything I needed to know, and were a pleasure to talk with. I expect to sign up with T-Mobile.

Verizon SUCKS! The beautiful people at this T-Mobile saved me over 500 DOLLARS A MONTH. On their premium rate plan with 5 tablets and 3 watches. I even got their home internet and it works flawlessly. God bless this staff

Saved my life. My phone was broken in shambles. Screen black, not turning on, tears in my eyes. The staff here put there hands on my phone, did there magic (I'm sure it's something technical). They transfered my data to my new phone, wiped my tears, even bought me candy for my hardships (went through a breakup ex broke up with me over mail pigeon i kid you not). Staff will go above and beyond for you. Would recommend heavily

I went to T-Mobile to find a way to have internet access while working my insurance business. I had gone to Verizon and AT&T but both wanted my cellphone business in order to give me a hot spot for my business. I was not looking to move my cellphone business, I just needed internet to sign folks up for their insurance while in their home.The young lady at T-Mobile was able to make this happen. She suggested their home internet service that is capable of going anywhere I go as long as I am in a service area. This will drastically reduce the time it would take filling out paper applications for insurance. The best part is, I get a 15 day trial period to see if I like it. After that it's only $50/month with auto pay. Thanks T-Mobile for meeting my business needs!

Would give zero stars if it were an option. My husband went in asking for clarification on our bill. Was told by employee “that’s not my job.” So we promptly ended service with T Mobile. Now we are dealing with hundreds of dollars of fees. Unethical company.
