USUALLY WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A 5 BUT THEY LITTERALLY HAVE NO PLACE TO SEND THEM A MESSAGE ANYMORE TO BE SEEN THE MORNING THEY COME IN!. ZELLE HAS DONE SOME CRAZY THINGS ON MY ACCOUNT
AND I WANTED TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP TONIGHT AND GET IT TAKEN CARE OF AND THE CHAT WELL MY CONCERN WAS TO CONFUSING FOR THEM AND RIGHTFULLY SO!. ZELLE HAS POSTED DOUBLE AND NOT DELETED ENOUGH CANCELED!, MY ACCOUNT IS NOT A PRETTY PICTURE RIGHT NOW AND I'M SUPPOSED TO SLEEP!

Horrible customer service..bought my au pair in to open an account..was given the run around about what documentation was needed/acceptable to them. Valid passport and a valid US Visa per their own documentary requirements was all she had and needed.Even more insane is that she was told she had to make an appointment because all of their bankers weren't in. Really...an appointment to open a student checking account.. no smiles from staff no greets.. I had seen enough.Guess what, went down the street to Chase no "appointment" needed and her passport, visa and related approved paperwork was more than enough for them. One star is to high for the show that is being ran at PNC.

I am not a customer of PNC Bank and I never will. I was setting in walmart parking lot minding my business, bank being next door. They called the police on a suspicious vehicle in walmarts lot. So remember you cannot go to walmart more then one time or the police will be paying you a visit just like me. This is some of the issues xenia has, police called on you for doing nothing wrong except for setting in walmarts lot. If you have nothing better todo then mabe you should do some Cleaning. I hear that's it's pretty dirty on the inside.
